Somehow, the local image of cvs that's used to sync ctm for cvs-cur got
updated outside of ctm, so the last 2 updates, 4275 and 4276, are
garbage, and will be regenerated.  It's going to take Mark a little
while to do this, so don't expect the new replacements to be ready for
several hours.  I will definitely post here when I've proved that the
new updates are correct, so if you're not sure, hang around.  Ctm hasn't
been abandoned, and won't be, so don't really need to post reminders
(but if you do, that's ok).

Take the 4275 and 4276 updates you got and delete them, please.
