look at the primary master site http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/formula/lotusxsl/

You find newer version that you can only reach over a license
agreement.

try to fetch the port.

I think the makefile needs to be rewritten. First to use one of
the newer versions :-). And then to manually fetch the zip or tar.gz
file put it into /usr/ports/distfiles and then restart the make.
