Implement default and sssd flavors

This request serves to request the attached patch be committed to the port.

The attached patch creates two flavors for security/sudo, default and sssd,=
 the
latter of which enables the SSSD backend. The attached sudo-sssd-build.log
illustrates a successful poudriere build. Functional testing proved success=
ful.
