Quite frankly, the sources I have are for ksh-88 that was released in late
1992 or early 1993, so it is not current and hasn't been updated in the
past three years and isn't supported (that is to say you are most likely
better off with another newer, supported shell).

I am checking with David to see if the release was to the world, and if so
I have no problem letting you know where David put it, if it is still there,
or if not put it somewhere else if there is a demand.
