OK, success, it seems something was corrupt in my installed
packages...After manually installing XFree86-4-libraries, and
deinstalling it, the build/install of XFree86-4 seems to go fine :)

*Pfew*

Still wondering what has caused it, because /usr/X11R6/lib/libX11.so.6
didn't exist when the old XFree86-4.2.0 (port from before 4.5-REL) was
deinstalled, so it should have built XFree86-4-libraries
first...weird...Oh well, I'll take the blame :)
