It is a Pentium 100 with ALI chipset. I have a 3COM 3C905B network card. I want to do a network install over FTP from my Linux workstation but when I try to specify the media I get as choices only paralel and serial connections. The card does not appear at boot (xl0...). I am using FreeBSD since version 3.2 (but on different machines) and I succesfully installed FreeBSD 4.0 Release Candidate over the network in a machine using the same network board. The network board is fine since I have installed (and working normally) OpenBSD 2.7 on the same machine. >How-To-Repeat: Try to do a network install using a 3COM 3C905B network card in the client. >Fix: >Release-Note: >Audit-Trail: >Unformatted: To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-bugs" in the body of the message
