hello him having some troubles with /dev/dsp im the problem is only one sound device can use the /dev/dsp at the same time so i tryed telling programs like xmms to use /dev/dsp0.3 and i get that the device is not configered i try sh MAKEDEV snd0 in the /dev dir i dunno what how i can fix the problem at one time this worked for me on a nother box but it got formated and now i have now clue as to why it worked on that box and nothing else i have tryed thanks you for your time <3 FreeBSD chaz To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
