Hi,

I am a little confused about the _LDC statement in /etc/rc

How on Earth does one add additional directories?

I tried to _LDC=/dir/dir1:/dir/dir2 and without the :
but to no avail.

Can someone give some details about this?

Also, which other manpages besides ldconfig and ldd are interesting to read with
regard to libraries?

thanks,
