  Well, I was seeing the same errors back in 4.1.1. In fact, I think that may
have caused a problem I had when trying to update to 4.2. After doing
the build world, I couldn't compile the kernel, and the backup of the
system got corrupted. In the end the machine was un-useable, and I had to 
install from scratch.
