Yes, libclc and other Mesa ports needs to keep using llvm (3.7) from ports.

There are two reasons for this:
1) llvm/clang in base does not install development libraries, clang is stat=
icly
linked.
2) llvm is not API compatible between releases, so we need to pin to a spec=
ific
version. Also using only one llvm version for all FreeBSD releases simplifi=
es
the ports a lot.
