The Handbook was the original target, but if the
chapter grows very big, I was planning on turning it
into a book, or an article.

One of the reasons is that, Filesystems, Backups,
Storage, I/O Performance, are a complete different
ball game, which I think would need to be setup as a
book.  Regarding the content, I have most of it.

We all have to mention the various filesystems which
are available on FreeBSD, and what they are used for,
and stuff like that.
