Use mkisofs (iso+rr) or mkhybrid (iso+rr+joliet) to create the images.  Then
use cdrecord (SCSI) or wormcontrol (IDE) to burn the images to CD.

You can get mkisofs, mkhybrid and cdrecord from ports/sysutils, while
wormcontrol is part of the base distribution.

Take a look in /usr/share/examples/worm :)
