 Are you sure? IMO it seems hardly justified, because it will create
 too many flavour-ports. Will changing it to rely only on WITH_PYTHON
 (or WITHOUT_.., I don't care) be enough?
 If you feel strongly about it, though, then I have no problem with
 splitting this port.
