It should be looking at ftp://releng4.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/snapshots/i386/4.3-20010816-STABLE. Instead, it looks at ftp://releng4.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/snapshots//snapshots/i386/4.3-20010816-STABLE >How-To-Repeat: Run sysinstall and do Standard install process. Select HTTP as the installation media and releng4.freebsd.org as the server, and set up the network interface and proxy settings. Start the install.
