Hmmm.. I guess I must provide an explanation here. I must admit have
read quickly through the man page, but there was a misinterpretation
here on my part.

"Decimal" has a special meaning in french, and doesn't explicitly mean
"base 10 integer" as in english, but more "number with a decimal part"
(as opposed with "integer").

Which is quite confusing.

I guess the man page survives the test then. I'll shut up now. :)
