Well according to:

This is an es1370 which is supported in FreeBSD 3.1 and beyond.

I'd point you to:

but it looks like Conrad's pages are down.  So look here:

for an older version.  Could be you just have Plug-n-Pray trouble and need
to initialize PnP for your card.
