make world does not fix it, as the problem concerns the programs not
included in make world. FreeBSD 1 shared libraries will not tolerate
termcaps larger than 1k. Could the shared libraries be recompiled with
larger buffer or whatever is the limiting factor?

I do not have problem with this any more, I think I have everything
recompiled already.
