A make release on the 4.2-STABLE branch is currently dying with;

(cd /usr/src/etc/../share/man; make makedb; )
makewhatis /usr/share/man
makewhatis:No such file or directory
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/src/share/man.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/src/etc.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/src/release.

Also "install -C" (ie compare before install) doesn't seem to work either.

Anyone have any ideas on how to get around this?

Carl.
