As far as I know the port we need to update for qtiplot is qwt itself I 
think qtiplot needs 4.2.0. I took a look at qtiplot quite some time ago 
and there are some more requirements (FastMathParser) we don't have in 
the portstree (at least we did not when I looked at it).
