After updating from  march (and >100 days uptime):

[...] many more of them and then it stops.

OK - I had MAXDSIZ and DFLDSIZ raised in my config to 1.8G, but
this really shouldn't be too much for an alpha and it worked bevor.
I tried reducing the settings from loader and removing the kernel
options without luck :(
