We should differentiate between tools for mathematical research,
number theory and such (a la oleo, mathematica && friends) and
tools, that are for the typical desktop user like wingz, xspread,
and abacus. I'd move for example wingz and xspread to deskutils.
The others I don't know, so perhaps you decide ?!
