I installed a pci-serial board to my freebsd box. But it doesn't seem to be recognized. dmesg yields this line >pci3: <simple comms, UART> at device 3.0 (no driver attached) pciconf -lv yieds >none3@pci3:3:0: class=3D0x070002 card=3D0x60011195 chip=3D0x015213a8 rev= =3D0x01 hdr=3D0x00 > vendor =3D 'Exar Corp.' > class =3D simple comms > subclass =3D UART I thought that maybe it was a uart or puc device and recompiled the kernel and rebooted. But the board is still unrecognized. Is there anything I can do? TIA, Tomoki Taniguchi
