I've read the handbook on how to contribute new pieces of code to FreeBSD,
and I've done what is says, namely:

1. The driver has a BSD-style copyright.

2. I've uploaded it to ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.ORG/pub/FreeBSD/incoming, with
filename if_ex-961115.tar.gz.

3. I'm sending a message to hackers@freebsd.org telling about this, so that
someone can commit/review/whatever the driver.

I hope it is not too late to include this driver in FreeBSD 2.2, assuming you
find it appropriate enough.
