The latter is so much more configurable you'll thank yourself for taking the time to upgrade. I wrote a sed/awk script to convert my primary/secondary zone information from 4.X syntax to 8.X syntax. I recommend using include files for your primary/secondary zone info so that once you've got the basic configuration, you never touch the master config file. > work?
