I received mine yesterday from FreeBSD Mall, but I'm not sure when I 
really got it since our company was shut down for the holiday week.

My experience has been that I'll usually get the subscription CDs a week 
or two after it gets released. Not too bad for me, since I don't really 
have burning reasons to upgrade. If I did, I'd just download the ISOs 
and create CDs that way.
