your connection to the Internet is the slowest element in your chain
from the Internet to the PC. Every other piece of equipment is faster
than the Internet connection. So, no need for you for any action. That
the real speed of your Internet connection is slower than the speed
stated in your contract is normal as most providers state the speed
that is technically possible.
