We bought a BSDi/telenet box recently, it's fast stable and kicks
butt.  BSDi offers systems that will work with FreeBSD as they are
one of the major supporters of the project.

My only concern is that you want to run so many services on a single
box, for starting out I would split the DNS/mail off from the rest
of the services, run secondary dns and backup mail on the second
box along with the rest of the services you are interested in.
