Hello,
today I decided to reinstall my "digital Venturis GL6200" box that =20
was still running 4.9. I prepared the FreeBSD 6.0-RELEASE boot =20
floppies and started the installation. During the installation the =20
box had a page fault:

Extracting base into / directory ... 54 %
32754688 bytes read from base dist, chunk 23 of 42
panic: page fault Cannot dump. No dump device defined

The last file was /usr/bin/psroff

I tried it with and without ACPI, with CD and ftp as installation =20
media, always the same result.

The configuration of the box:
digital Venturis GL6200
PentiumPro 200
128 MB-Ram
Nic: 3com 905b
Adaptec AHA 2940A with an IBM DCAS-34330 Disc.

What=B4s wrong, any suggestion?
How can I help to find the problem?

Thanks, Gilles
