Yes, it's correct.  The ELF hints file contains only the list of
directories to search.  It doesn't list the individual files like the
a.out hints file does.  Because of the way ELF shared libraries are
found, it doesn't need that extra information.  (I.e., it wouldn't
make it any faster.)
