control centre -> regional & accessibility -> Input actions

Add a new one, using examples as a guide.I tied it with alt+, to get an @ k=
ey,=20
cause I don't have a numpad here, and it works. I selected "Active window" =
to=20
be sent to, so it should work on anything.
