The easiest way to do this, is download the port of Netscape from ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports-current/www/netscape3. Just run "make" and "make install" and it will setup everything the way it is supposed to. You need to copy the binary dist. to /usr/ports/distfiles
