>Description:

A "make installworld" of a Dec 27 buildworld changed the ownership
of /etc/namedb to root-wheel. However, since named runs as
bind-bind, it is then unable to create/change files under
/etc/namedb even though all the files therin are bind-bind.

>How-To-Repeat:

	make installworld
	ls -ld /etc/namedb

>Fix:

Not sure which makefile is responsible for this.
