I'm thinking of upgrading from 4.3 release to 4-stable
and from reading the chapter on cvsup it tells me to
read the /usr/src/UPDATING file, I don't have this
file in my /usr/src, all I have is two directories
inside my /usr/src, they are bin and sys and that is
all I have. Can someone tell me how to get this
UPDATING file?
Thanks
