I don't know about Athlon FIC mobos, but FIC Super7 mobos will not allow you to
use 3dfx Voodoo3/3000.  I tried the 3dfx card in PA-2013 and VA-503A and
finally bought an EFA MATX mobo to use in my son's Win98SE machine.  He is an
avid Q3A player.
