>Description:
Laptop:

Lenovo G555

Video Card:

        Driver "radeon"
        VendorName "ATI Technologies Inc"
BoardName "M880G [Mobility Radeon HD 4200]"
        BusID "PCI:1:5:0"

After performing an upgrade to Xorg 7.5 the desktop became unusable due to the appearance of wavy lines in the desktop.

After several tries at downgrading Xorg metaport. I was able to isolate it to the xf86-video-ati port. After performing a downgrade in the port the video returned to a usable level. Currently using
xf86-video-ati-6.12.4_1 X.Org ati display driver

>How-To-Repeat:
Upgrade xf86-video-ati to current release.
>Fix:
Downgrading the port is a temporary workaround and not a solution. Currently I do not know of a solution.
