Hi, I just wanted to tell you, that if I want to access the link to http://www.best.com/~jkb/tcp_input.diff.txt from your security-HowTo-Page I get the response that I cannot access their webserver because of bad file permissions. I will write a mail to www.best.com too, but just in case that this circumstance will not be changed, you should remove the link or place a copy of this page on your server.
