I saw this and I know its a little behind the time but, I have "kern.hz=3D100=
"
set in my /boot/loader.conf set and it does work:

# sysctl -a | grep kern.clockrate
Kern.clockrate: { hz =3D 100, tick =3D 10000, profhz =3D 1024, stathz =3D 128 }

Can anyone shed any light on this? Just FMI.
