I don't think /usr/obj is being modified during an installworld. I can't
say for sure, because I don't know the details of each and every
Makefile we have in the source tree. My suggestion is to mount /usr/src
and /usr/obj as read-only and see if installworld completes without
errors. If so, you should be able to do concurrent installworlds.
