Hi,

I've been having some problems with "phantom" disk read errors reported
by the controller, but when I run the Adaptec bios' media scan, it
doesn't detect anything wrong.

Below is the output of 'dmesg' from boot until crash after read errors.

Currently the entire system, a news server, is running on sd0.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
