There is a bug in fpsrvadm.exe that only occurs when libcrypt is linked to libscrypt.  It creates an invalid MD5 password, due to a
suspected variable being too short.  RTR said they would fix it when they release a new version.

Also, the FreeBSD FP-Exts have a dependancy on the compat3x libraries.

Just remove the patch for change_server.sh from the patches directory, as it is not required for the installation/operation of the
port.

Could one of the Ports committers please apply PR 18581, as this will solve the problem permanently.
