This commit message doesn't really do the port justice. It's a
BSD-licensed SOCKS4/5/MS_PROXY server/client, which exceeds in
functionality the (restrictively licensed) NEC SOCKS5 reference
implementation.

Thanks for importing, Steve - that's one less thing I have to do! :-)
