I just noticed that when i run sync a few times in a row my
ping times go from 0.5 to 300-600 untill the syncs are complete.

This is a E450 running Generic kernel.

dmesg follows.

also the hme1 timeout happend when i iped the wrong interface.

If anyone would like me to test anything on this just drop me a line.
