I have changed it significantly to conform with FreeBSD new practices.  
The new versions are in 
http://iteration.net/~keichii/arm-toolchain.shar
Drop the devel/arm* into /usr/ports/devel/
They work for me, but i think you should try too.

If you would like, I can be the maintainer and take the load off you.
