How did you install it?
If you've build your custom kernel, you should take out the
appropiate line in your kernel config which usually is in
/usr/src/sys/i386/conf/MACHINE_NAME
After editing do:
config -R MACHINE_NAME && cd ../compile/MACHINE_NAME && make depend install

When you've used a loadable module, you can use the kldunload unload command.
try:
kldstat
...
...
kldunload module_name

You should also check your startup scripts afterwards, so it won't get loaded
again at boot time, usually /etc/rc.local or /etc/rc.service_name.

enough worrying about what's happening now.
