The following reply was made to PR i386/46194; it has been noted by GNATS. From: "Craig Reyenga" <creyenga@connectmail.carleton.ca> To: <freebsd-gnats-submit@FreeBSD.org>, <jeff.stelzner@esca.com> Cc: Subject: Re: i386/46194: 5.0-RC1 kern floppy load fails on AMD K6-2 Socket 7 system Date: Thu, 12 Dec 2002 16:35:57 -0500 I have a K6-2 board as well. It's a 'real' Super Socket 7 mainboard (FIC VA-503+), with a VIA Apollo MVP3 chipset. My network card doesn't work very well at all (see the -current mailing list), and I can't use my floppy drive anymore, and my usb controller doesn't work. Clearly something is busted here.
