There won't be any versions that run on the i386, but check out the
UNIX Heritage society (http://minnie.cs.adfa.edu.au/TUHS/index.html).
You can buy a 4 CD set of *all* old BSD sources, all the way back to
1BSD, for $100.  For the same price you can buy a personal UNIX
license.
