I installed two IBM Deskstar 120GXP 120GB drive <http://www.storage.ibm.com/hdd/desk/ds120gxp.htm>; a couple of months ago and found that the drives spin up and down on each access to the drives. I have found no help from IBM on this problem (I can send correspondence if requested). Any thoughts? Here is the detail on the OS and machine...
