The FTS3_TOKEN option in sqlite3 defaults to ON since ports r414699 - so th=
at's
not a workaround anymore, but "the way things are". With that, I prefer not=
 to
patch thunderbird: we already have enough patches there, and originally
thunderbird comes with a copy of sqlite 3.9.1 (which we don't use and favor=
 our
own ports' sqlite3), so patching this may be a can of worms or Pandora's bo=
x -
both of which should stay closed.
