This looks very similar to the problem we saw in ip_icmp.c, r1.54; mbuf
freelist corruption.  However, that fix made it into 4.3R, so this may
be another manifestation of the same type of bug in a different location.

(Just noting this here as a hint to people trying to fix the problem)
