Not really. It just confirms that your laptop's inbuilt cardreader is
not being seen. I cannot locate any drivers, either.
The next step is to find out anything you can about that inbuild
SD-card reader (chipset, how connected), to help you locate drivers
for it, if indeed they exist. Another way would be to get your hands
on a USB card reader (they're cheap!), and use that.
